Delicious Garden Salad

1 carrot
1 pepper
1 cup walnuts

Fresh Spinach leaves (or romaine lettuce)
fresh mint, slivered
extra virgin olive oil
high quality sea salt

1. Cut carrot and pepper into bite size strips
2. Toss with spinach/lettuce and walnuts with carrot and pepper
3. Drizzle with high quality extra virgin olive oil
4. Top with mint.


Add a handful goat cheese and dried cranberries for extra flavor
