Pesto Recipe

Hamptons House of Gardens B&B Pesto



Parmesan Cheese
Olive oil
Asiago Cheese
Pine nuts
Herb Flowers   regular oregano, (Greek Italian & flowering) Basil (lemon, red, pesto, Thai)
English thyme

Blend all ingredients together in a food processor until turned into paste. Serve on..well, pretty much anything! We put it on some of our fresh garden cucumbers to taste the full flavor of the pesto.
